A team development program starts with an assessment of the current needs of the team/organization. You'll be asked to identify areas where you'd like to see growth within your team. Common examples would be: increasing effective communication, learning stronger engagement strategies, developing collaborative relationships, or gaining a better understanding the dynamic of the team.
After the assessment is reviewed, an individualized plan is made. No two development programs will be the exact same. The program is modified and created to best fit your needs and to encourage maximum growth. There will be continuous feedback opportunities and assessments throughout the delivery of the program to ensure that objectives are being met.
All development sessions are designed to be interactive and hands-on. Your team will walk away with activities that they can continue or implement in different environments. They will also learn the value of feedback and how to identify indirect feedback in order to modify their future approaches.
Following the development sessions, organization leaders will be provided with a written review. This review contains information about the culture of the organization, the growth points throughout the trainings, recommended evaluation metrics, and continued practices for development.
